1. Who we are

Quick Lead ("we", "us", "our") is a job and booking management tool for tradespeople and salons, operated in England & Wales. Our contact address is trial@quicklead.app.

Quick Lead is a device-first application. The vast majority of your data (jobs, invoices, contacts, signatures) is stored locally on your own device using browser localStorage. We do not operate a central database of your job records.

This marketing website (quicklead.app) does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We use a single localStorage key to remember your cookie notice preference.

The Quick Lead app (app.quicklead.app) uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Quick Lead's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data retention

Your job data stored in localStorage remains on your device until you clear it. Booking requests submitted by your clients are stored on our servers (Cloudflare) for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Push notification tokens and SMS credentials are stored for up to 2 years or until removed by you. If you delete your account, we will remove any server-side records within 30 days.

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access, rectify or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email trial@quicklead.app.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all connections. Google OAuth is used for authentication — we never handle or store your Google password. Your data is processed on your own device wherever possible.

9. Children

Quick Lead is intended for use by adults (18+) running a business or trade. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last changed. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
